Our Management Committee

Our Management Committee plays a vital role in the life of our school, providing support, challenge, and strategic direction to ensure the very best outcomes for our students. The committee is made up of a group of dedicated professionals with a wide range of skills and experience. They work closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to oversee the quality of education, safeguarding, behaviour, and the overall wellbeing of our young people.

Members of the Management Committee are committed to ensuring that our school provides a safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment. They help to monitor progress, review policies, and make key decisions that support the continued development of the provision. The committee also ensures that we are meeting our statutory responsibilities and using our resources effectively to support all pupils, particularly those who may have faced challenges in mainstream education.

Through regular meetings and visits, the Management Committee maintains a clear understanding of the school’s strengths and areas for development, always with a focus on helping every student succeed and move forward positively.
