Construction

We are very proud of our Construction courses which are taught by a specialist tutor from nearby Craven College.

Pupils work on practical projects which give an insight into the construction trade and help them develop a range of practical skills that can be used at home and in the workplace. 

Pupils work towards the BTEC Level 1 Award in Exploring the Construction and Engineering Sectors. 

Pupils start with a short course in Developing Electrical Installations Skills and then move onto two other courses that complete the full qualification.

Progression onto level two Construction courses at local colleges is possible for pupils who wish to pursue a career in Construction.
