We take all concerns, suggestions and comments seriously as this is the best way of meeting the needs of our students, of providing excellent service and of preserving the outstanding reputation of the school.
The Headteacher and other staff at Craven Pupil Referral Service are always happy to hear your views, comments, questions and concerns. This way, we can avoid any problem escalating into something more serious.
However, all schools are required to have a complaints procedure in place.
